Screen printing mesh for clothing printing

Clothing is often needed in our daily lives. T-shirts are the most used for screen printing. 90% of the T-shirts bought in the outside shops are screen printing. The screen printing technology is relatively complicated. There are mainly design, film, printing, printing and drying steps. The details are as follows:

Design: Screen printing is based on vector output plate printing. In theory, all patterns can be screen printed to restore the guest's design. Only from the diagram to the printing process, a series of conversions will change due to the accuracy of the actual conditions. How to easily determine whether the guest's design can be achieved, the easiest way: zoom in on the computer monitor to a size of one to one. If the details of the design draft, the color, can be clearly identified, expressed, and visible to the naked eye. Then it is achievable in the process of printing.

Film: Film film, similar to photo negatives. The principle and composition of the film is a reverse process. When designing the composition, it is composed of different colors, shapes, flattening, superposition and the like to form a desired pattern. The reverse action of the film is to split a design pattern, by splitting the color of the guest and flattening the way, to separate the color elements into each color element. Output the black film needed for plate making. Most clothing silk screen film output, using the spot color output. That is to say, the color composition of each design requires a film to make a screen printing screen of a spot color (until CMYK four-color printing appears later).

Printing version:

The printing plate uses light-sensitive technology. Through the photosensitive material, the desired and unnecessary places are realized by exposure, rinsing and the like.

First, let's take a look at the materials that need to be used for printing.

1 Frame The frame is the frame used to support the entire screen printing screen. Various sizes are selected according to the actual application to the printing process. Most of the current use is aluminum alloy frame

2 Mesh In the screen printing industry, the mesh version is required to use the mesh, and the

mesh number of the mesh is selected according to the requirements of the printed matter. “Mesh” is the unit of specification for the screen, which refers to the number of holes in the length of 1 inch (25.4 mm). And mm is a simple unit of length. Due to the corresponding technical standards for screen production, screens of different s

izes have a specified diameter of the wire. The higher the mesh size, the higher the accuracy of the silk print.

3 When screen printing, the printing paste, the paint will penetrate into the fabric through these transparent holes. Different colors, through different screen printing screens for color printing, and finally form the original design of the customer.

4 After the mesh is tightened with the mesh frame. Uniform coating on the photosensitive material. Stick the film. Exposure by ultraviolet light. The exposed portion forms an impervious film. The area blocked by the film (black) will be flushed with water and will become transparent. The combination of the mesh is the formation of a transparent aperture.
