What effect do you want to achieve with the stretched screen printing mesh?

What are the precautions?

For the stretched screen, we all want to achieve the following effects:

1. Let the ink pass smoothly.

2. A certain amount of tension is required, and the mechanical tension reaches more than 19 Newtons.

3. The finer the product is printed, the greater the tension required for the product, which is 20-21 Newtons.

4. For fine dots, the tension should reach 23 Newtons.

5. For the same screen printing mesh, the tension should be the same.

6. When doing four-color printing, the tension of the full set of screens is basically the same. If the tension is not consistent, it will form a disconnection. When the tension is less than 19 Newtons, the color of the color block will be wrong. In addition, when the screen distance is increased, the screen will be blurred and the dots will be unreal.

Note that when making fine screens, you need to change the angle to prevent the jagged phenomenon.

In four-color printing, the screen angles achieved by CMYK are 15°, 45°, 75°90°, respectively. At this time, stretch the net to prevent moiré patterns.

When the angle of the screen frame is determined, the mesh cloth starts to be glued. After the mesh is glued, do not use hot air to blow it, but use cold or natural air to dry it. After drying, the glue will not stick to your hands and reflect light. This time will take about 20-45 minutes.
