I bought a printing mesh, how to make a screen?

Screen printing mesh version of the production method:

1. The emulsion and the photosensitive liquid are poured into the cement solution in a 10:1 portion during plate making. Then slowly mix and mix to mix the two liquids. At the same time, it should be noted that it is not suitable to operate under strong light, otherwise it will lose its effectiveness.

2. After the emulsion is adjusted, slightly tilt the emulsion to the mesh, scrape it up and scrape it straight until it is over the mesh. It is evenly coated on the mesh.

3. Apply the emulsion to the sides of the frame again in the same way, and then blow dry with a hot air blower.

4. Screen printing screen after sensitization, rinse with water or rub with sponge. The water pressure of flushing should be moderate, not too strong. Do not break the mesh. When printing, it should be noted that the black part of the original positive film on the screen is washed away, while the white transparent part is formed into a hard film and adhered to the mesh until the pattern is clear.

5, after the screen is blown dry, it should be directly exposed to the photosensitive plate, so as to avoid all photosensing. The light can be used as a 200W indoor lighting cannon, or two 20W fluorescent lamps, and the screen will be placed under the light, and then the positive film will be exposed. The film is placed on the stencil, and then pressed on the glass and pressed with two iron clips on the left and right sides. The appropriate distance from the light to the screen is 20cm-30cm. The sensitization time is about eight to ten minutes.

6. After the screen printing screen is flushed out with water, use a dry cloth cover to dry the water on the upper and lower sides of the screen. Let the screen dry naturally or blow dry with a hair dryer. This completes the plate making process.

7. After the screen printing screen is finished, place the object to be printed flat under the screen. For the good position, pour the ink on the inner frame of the screen, and use the rubber scraper in the right hand, with a slope of 50° to 70°. Scrape hard down, pay attention to the average force, and the pattern will be clearly printed on the things you need.
