The principle and features of screen printing

What we mainly do is flat screen: a printing method in which the mesh of the non-patterned portion is closed

according to the printing pattern on the screen, so that the printing paste is printed on the fabric through the mesh, which is also called screen printing. Screen printing is one kind of hollow print.

Printing principle: the pattern part is hollowed out, and the printing color paste is printed on the fabric through the hollow part, one color and one net, printed in order.

Features: Wide application, low cost, and the composition is limited by the number of colors and the size of the flower

Fastness: The performance of different printing paste dye coatings is different.

Application: Most fabrics of different compositions and different types of printing paste can be applied; the pattern is not too complicated, and the number of colors is not too many.

Note: If the screen printing is printed more than 2 colors, there may be problems with the flower inaccuracy. This is due to the unstable feeding of the fabric and the inaccurate positioning. It is necessary to maintain the machine normally.
