After the scumming failure, you can use an appropriate solvent to scrub according to the nature of the ink on the plate. The main point of scrubbing is to start from the printed surface and wipe gently from the middle to the periphery. Check the printing plate after wiping.If there are any defects, repair them in time.
It should be noted that each time mesh screen printing plate is scrubbed, it will become thinner. If the plate film is seriously damaged during wiping, it is necessary to change to a new version for printing.
The paste caused by the large particles of ink can be solved from the manufacture of ink. The main method is to strictly control the fineness of the ink.
