Traditional printing method screen printing mesh

Screen printing is a stencil printing. It is almost always appearing very early with screen printing meshs such as lithography and embossing. Our current screen printing mesh technology has been completed through more than 30 years of technological innovation, the difference is that the various technologies have matured.

Our screen printing mesh has been developed since 1986. From 1986 to now, maishi manufacturers have always been high-tech to train high-tech operators and talents, to increase the technical strength for our work. The quality of our products is also getting higher and higher.

A screen printing mesh is a printing plate (a perforation through which ink can be produced on a paper plate or other plate). During printing, the ink is transferred to the substrate (paper, ceramics, etc.) through the perforation of the stencil by a certain pressure. On, form an image or text.

Screen printing screen printing features

Among the four common types of printing, offset, embossing or gravure are printing methods with a flat material as the main carrier, while screen printing is superior.

Screen printing can be printed on paper as a carrier, or as a substrate with plastic, metal or leather products.

Offset, embossed or gravure printing is a kind of flat printing, while screen printing can be printed on spherical, curved or even concave and convex surfaces. The wide range of applications is unmatched by other printing methods. As shown in the relevant chapters of this book, screen printing has become a very common process technology used by designers in print design.

The advantages of screen printing are irreplaceable in the use of dark color paper as the printing carrier. This is because the ink layer of the screen printing is thick, the thickness of the ink layer is 5-6 times that of the offset printing, and the covering power is far stronger than other printing aspects. The surface texture is also richer and brighter than offset ink.

The range of inks that can be used in screen printing meshs is relatively wide. Not affected by the substrate. Screen printing can achieve a maximum printing size of 300cm or even 400cm. If the technology for making screen printing screens can be improved, it is not difficult to make larger prints.
