The quality of screen printing mesh printing is related to the thickness of the ink layer or the thickness of the screen. Many of the printing industry friends are not very familiar with the direct relationship between the screen printing mesh and the thickness.
1. Silk plate and positioning: The aluminum plate material is positioned with three points. When printing in color, first print light color, then print dark color.
2. The distance between the printing plate and the substrate is 1-2 mm. The distance is related to the choice of the screen. The nylon mesh has good elasticity and large flexibility, generally 2-3 mm.
3. The urethane rubber sheet for the scraper has a hardness of 70-75 degrees and a thickness of 8-9 mm. The
scraper angle of printing is preferably 70 degrees, and the scraper speed should be linearly moved at a constant speed.
4, affixed protective film: printed signs, in order to avoid the trauma caused by cutting and transportation, the surface should be attached with a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive protective film, the back should be double-sided adhesive tape.
Regardless of the printing method we use, we should understand that there are some printing factors in these printing methods. Perhaps it is the distance of the substrate, or the relationship between the positioning, or the small problem of the ink. No matter what kind of problem, we need to carefully understand it.
