Causes of color difference in polyester screen mesh printing process

Product printing manufacturers often use spot color inks during processing. To ensure the common color and consistency of the printed products, the color of the screen printing mesh will appear color difference during the process of screen printing of polyester mesh. What are the specific reasons?

The reason for the color difference in polyester screen mesh printing is that it may often occur due to improper operation. We need to consider from the following points:

The color of the screen ink is preferably one-time, so that the effect behind it will be smaller.

The dilution ratio of the ink may be constant. The thinner material is more, and the color may be lighter. Less thinner, the color may be a bit deeper.

When the same screen is re-created, the mesh must be exactly the same. If the number of objects is high, the printed color will be shallow, and vice versa.

The color of the screen printing ink is preferably toned with the same brand of ink. Do not use different manufacturers' inks, because the particle size of each manufacturer's ink is not exactly the same, and the properties of the materials are not the same.

The printing pressure of the scraper, we must maintain a consistent blade printing pressure when printing with a screen printing machine. Prints with thick ink layers, clear drawings, rich tone and excellent color reproducibility can be printed only within the appropriate printing pressure range.

The color of screen printing ink needs to be equipped with a standard light source for printing, and different light sources will also cause color deviation.
