Attention To Mesh Fabric Polyester

Today we will introduce some small details that you need to pay attention to for mesh printing. Hope it can help you.

1. When the mesh fabric polyester printing is stretched too tight (large tension), it is difficult to scrape the ink, and it is easy to tear the mesh printing. (To master the correct tension)

2. When the mesh fabric polyester printing stretch is too loose (small tension), the springback force during printing is small, and the rebound effect is not achieved, it is easy to support the dots and thin lines.

3. When measuring the tension of the small mesh frame, only one point needs to be measured in the center of the mesh, the medium mesh, preferably five points, and the large screen six points.

4. The polyester mesh is 5-10 degrees from the frame border, and the plate making effect is the worst.

5. The 90-degree angle stretch mesh is the most material-saving, so the general printing accuracy is not high, and it is not necessary to use 45 degree and 22.5 degree stretch mesh.

6. The negative effects of static electricity on mesh printing. During printing, the rubber part and the mesh are charged due to the pressure of the scraping rubber. If the mesh is electrified, it will affect the normal inking and cause blockage faults: it will be attracted by the mesh at the moment the substrate is output.

So when there are problems with mesh fabric polyester printing, there are many reasons. We have to analyze the causes of the phenomenon in a comprehensive way.

Please note that the drying method of glass products after printing is different from other substrates, namely natural drying and forced drying.

Natural drying is to place the printed glass products in a proper place and let them dry naturally. Due to the different conditions of air temperature and air circulation, the drying speed also has speed, sometimes in order to speed up the drying speed, it can also be dried by cold air and hot air.

After mesh fabric polyester printing, the glass products must be fully dried before being fired. The temperature should not exceed 120 ℃ during firing. And the firing temperature should be gradually increased from low to high. This must be noticed.

When printing large quantities of multi-color glass products, the method of forced drying is often used. The most commonly used is electrothermal drying. In multi-color printing, each color is dried once. After the four colors are printed, it can be fired. The firing temperature should not exceed 120 ℃.
