Screen printing mesh

The screen printing mesh screen not only adapts to general paper printing but also has wide adaptability. Such as ceramics, glass, printed circuit boards, etc. Depending on the texture of the substrate, it is different at the time of printing. Although there are inseparable internal connections between the series, each has its own particularity due to the different substrates (different chemical and physical properties). Therefore, people are usually divided into different types of substrates: paper printing, plastic printing, ceramic printing, glass printing, circuit board printing, metal printing, textile printing and other major categories. This has formed a relatively independent printing system. Let me introduce the printed materials.

1. Nylon printing mesh:

Nylon printing mesh has high strength wear resistance, chemical resistance, water-resistance and elasticity. Uniform wire diameter and a smooth surface provide excellent ink passage. The nylon mesh has greater stretchability, but after stretching, the tension of the screen is reduced after a period of time, thereby relaxing the screen printing plate and reducing the precision. Therefore, it is not suitable for printing a circuit board or the like having high dimensional accuracy.


2. Polyester printing mesh:

The polyester printing screen has the advantages of solvent resistance, high-temperature resistance, water-resistance and chemical resistance. When the polyester web is subjected to external pressure, its physical properties are stable and the stretchability is small. The disadvantage is that the wear resistance is poor compared to nylon mesh. In addition to the advantages of nylon screen printing, the polyester mesh is also suitable for printed circuit boards, products with high dimensional accuracy requirements.

3. Stainless steel printing mesh:

The stainless steel printing mesh is made of stainless steel. Stainless steel wire mesh has the characteristics of good wear resistance, high strength and low stretchability. The fineness of the wire is good, the passing performance of the ink is good; the mechanical properties and chemical properties of the wire mesh are stable, and the dimensional accuracy is stable. The disadvantage is poor flexibility and high price. After the printing net is stretched, it cannot be recovered. Stainless steel printing mesh is suitable for high-precision printing such as circuit boards and integrated circuits.
