When clothes printing, what factors will affect the printing effect?
1.The hole of the polyester printing mesh is uniform or not. Uniform hole size can ensure the ink evenly covering the mesh, which can ensure the uniform printed pattern.
2.Mesh count of polyester printing mesh is standard or not. In general, the higher the degree of fine print, it requires selection of the higher number of screen mesh. The normal clothes printing, requires about 120 mesh polyester mesh, the high precious printing, normally require 200 mesh to 250 mesh polyester mesh.
3.The quality of the printing inks. The storage time, drying properties, viscosity and the size of the ink particles will have an impact on the ink quality, which have an impact on the print.
4.Stretching technology. When using stretching machine or mesh box stretching, normally we use tensiometer test the mesh tension. The surface tension of the screen mesh should be uniform, large screen tension is not always better. If the tension is too large, beyond the elastic limit of the material, the screen will lose resilience, brittle, or even tear; If the screen is lack of tension, the screen becomes soft, lack of resilience, elongation deformation easily, or even mesh volumes, and seriously affect the printing accuracy quality.
