The main reason for the increase in printing size is that the viscosity of the ink is relatively low and the fluidity is too large; the size of the screen printing plate is enlarged during the production, which is also the cause of the enlargement of the printing size. In order to avoid excessive ink flow and cause the ink to overflow around after printing, resulting in a large printing size, it is conceivable to increase the viscosity of the ink to reduce the fluidity of the ink.
