As the tension of the stainless steel screen printing mesh is higher than that of the polyester mesh, the screen frame must be made of metal frame, such as cast aluminum, hollow aluminum alloy and other materials. It is better that the screen frame should be prestressed; at the same time, the screen frame should be flat. Unevenness will affect the stretching operation and even break the screen. Pneumatic or mechanical stretching machine must be used to stretch the net, and an adjustable self-stretching frame can also be used.
