Adhesion with film: silk mesh is suitable for cutting and shearing plate making method, photographic plate making method, and film bonding performance is good, the use value is large, the surface of silk mesh is rough, the line itself has good moisture absorption performance.
2. Nylon printing screen mesh:
Variation of strength: can be woven into high precision, small opening screen.
Change of elongation: average elongation, easy to produce relaxation.If the elastic wire, the resilience is very ideal, suitable for screen printing.
Openness problem: Openness between 31 micron and 161 micron is best for printing, with no change of smooth nylon yarn, many varieties, a wide range of applications.
Adhesion with film: compared with silk, the surface has good smoothness, hygroscopic, adhesion is slightly poor. However, because of the hydrophilic and solvent-philic properties of polyester amines, there is no great difference between them and silk in practical application.
3. Polyester printing screen mesh:
Variation in strength: similar to the strength of nylon, otherwise the same as nylon yarn.
Change of elongation: ordinary silk has a large elongation, but elastic silk has a small elongation. Good resilience, suitable for screen printing.
Openness problem: like nylon, it can be divided into fine, medium and thick. There are many varieties. Single thread and twist printing performance is slightly different.
Adhesion to film: less hygroscopic than nylon, poor adhesion to film.If the surface is processed, it can be used.
4 Stainless steel wire mesh:
Variation in strength: can be made fine mesh screen, in the small opening screen has special use. Wire diameter of the same mesh, stainless steel mesh strength is the largest.
Change of elongation: large elongation, such as the Gala force will be quickly elongated, but the rebound force is near-sighted zero. Easy to fracture by impact, can not be recovered after depression.
Openness problem: the performance of small opening is good, and the network of large opening is difficult, and it is not convenient to use.
Adhesion with film: hygroscopicity is equal to zero, the most difficult to fit. If the surface is coarsened with alkali or treated with strong solvent, the adhesion property with film and emulsion can be improved.
