① The reason of glass. The glass surface is not clean, there are watermarks, paper prints, mimeograms, fingerprints, dust particles and other dirt. Resulting in pasting plate;

② The workshop temperature, humidity and ink properties of the reason. Screen printing workshop requires to maintain a certain temperature of about 20℃ and relative humidity of about 50%, if the temperature is high, the relative humidity is low, the volatile solvent in the ink will evaporate quickly, the viscosity of the ink on the screen becomes high, so as to block the mesh. Another point should be noted is that if the downtime is too long, it will also produce the paste phenomenon, the longer the pasting plate is more serious. Second, if the ambient temperature is low, ink liquidity is also easy to produce pasting plate;

③ The reason for the mesh screen printing plate. The screen printing plate can be rinsed with water and dried before use. If a good version is placed too long and not printed in time, it will adhere to dust more or less in the preservation process. If not cleaned during printing, it will cause a paste.

④ The cause of printing pressure. In the printing process, the imprint force is too large, which will bend the scraper. The scraper and the screen printing plate and glass are not in line contact, but in surface contact. In this way, each time the printing can not scrape the ink clean, leaving the residual ink, and after a certain time, will cause the pasting plate.

⑤ Screen printing plate and glass gap improper reasons. The gap between the mesh screen printing plate and the glass can not be too small, the gap is too small in the scraping screen plate can not be out of the glass in time, the screen printing plate lifted, the bottom of the printing plate glued to a certain ink, which is also easy to cause paste.

⑥ The reason for the ink. In the mesh screen printing ink pigment and other solid particles are large, it is easy to block the phenomenon of mesh.
