2. Screen printing material of Nylon:
Ink penetration performance: high hydrophobicity, but because the surface is made of uniform, smooth fine thread woven, due to the ink through good performance, hard ink can also be used. However, it should be prevented from the unevenness of ink penetration caused by electrostatic action.
Water resistance: good water resistance, no expansion, but slightly elongation. This shortcoming can be overcome if processed at high temperature.
Oil resistance: good oil resistance, no change in strength, suitable for multiple printing. But attention should be paid to the role of ink will make the version of the film and screen peeling.
3. Screen printing material of Polyester:
Ink penetration performance: the same as nylon effect, but because the screen is interwoven, poor ink penetration.
Water resistance: good water resistance, no change in strength when wet. The elongation is small, the stretch net can be carried out in water.
Oil resistance: good oil resistance, no expansion even when heated. But with the film adhesion performance low than nylon, the performance of the screen itself is sometimes affected by other factors, so we need to pay attention to.
