In the case of damage, the original shape can be restored and used; the nylon mesh has strong corrosion resistance and is not easily damaged during the printing process, and the nylon screen printing mesh is mainly used for curved surface printing.
The nylon printing mesh has a low melting point and cannot be heated and printed. In addition, the UV resistance is poor, and it is not suitable for long-term exposure. Although the nylon mesh has good elasticity, but because of its thick wire diameter, the mesh surface has large elasticity, so it is easy to appear unclear printing, meanwhile, the overprinting precision are low and the reproduction performance of the graphic is poor; the uneven thickness of the mesh surface of the nylon mesh also causes the uniformity of the thickness of the ink to be difficult to control, the tension control of the stretched mesh is limited, the precision of the printed product is low, and the quality is poor.
