What is the difference between printing screen printing and inkjet printing?

Inkjet printing is a printing and copying technique that has no contact, no pressure, and no printing plates. It is a common feature with numerous prints. Variable information printing can be achieved. The screen printed printing screen is in the form of a mesh. The introduction of the two is as follows:

There are many ways to inkjet printing. Its basic principle is to input the graphic information stored by the computer into the flatbed printer first, and then through a special device, under the control of the electronic computer, the nozzle sprays a mist of ink droplets onto the surface of the substrate, and prints according to the charge effect. The surface of the object is directly imaged and becomes the final print.

Most of the modern ones we use are screen printing screen printing technology. A screen printing plate was produced by photolithography using a photosensitive material (so that the screen holes in the image portion of the screen printing plate were through holes, and the wire mesh holes in the non-graphic portion were blocked). During printing, the ink is transferred to the substrate through the mesh of the graphic portion by the extrusion of the squeegee to form the same graphic as the original.

The above is the respective understanding of the two printing methods. Both of them are competing relationships. The price and quality of screen printing, as well as the substrate. The printing mesh is an object that we are easy to accept. Screen printing meshs are being used in more and more industries. Because it is more in line with the production needs of our customers' businesses.
