First, aluminum frame

It is a material that does not rust, and it is less laborious in light and light operation. The joints of the aluminum frame should be tightly sealed to prevent the chemical from penetrating into the aluminum frame. The general wall thickness is 1.5~3mm, the height is 20~40mm, and the width is The 25~60mm aluminum strip is more suitable for ordinary printing work, and it also has a reinforcing type, that is, it is supported by an empty aluminum strip and a horizontal piece. The aluminum frame is preferably a standard aluminum alloy material with a hardness of 18°, and the material density is 0.9 gram ∕ cubic centimeter.

Second, the wooden frame

For printing without precision, it is easier to use wooden frame, but the wood is easy to be stretched by the influence of moisture temperature. The life of the wooden frame is much shorter than that of the metal frame. Therefore, it can be increased with two liquid paints. Solvent-proof, precise paired printing is not suitable for the use of wooden frames, the steel density is 7.8 grams ∕ cubic centimeters.

Third, the steel frame

In order to prevent rust, the steel frame is galvanized or coated with two liquid paints. It is also treated with baking varnish. The steel frame has excellent compatibility and flatness and is not easily deformed. The material density is 2.7 g. cm.

Fourth, iron frame

As a special frame, it is often made of iron. Because of its good stability, it is easy to rust and cumbersome. It is the main factor that is not used frequently.

Five, from the frame

Six, casting frame

Generally, IC thick film printing or CD disc printing is often a fixed frame, that is, the frame is directly formed by aluminum or stainless steel, and the frame is pre-positioned with a plate positioning hole, so that the positioning is sensitive when the plate is printed.
