We have arrived at the mesh, how should we operate on the machine?
Steps:
1. Checking the net clamp: Before the net work, check whether the rubber of the net clamp jig is dirty or peeled off, and whether there is any scratch on the metal part to avoid the net cloth being scratched, and cleaned and adjusted. 2. Checking the mesh: On the bright workbench, check the specifications, types and defects of the mesh. 3. Check the board frame: Check whether the surface of the board frame is flat and clean, whether the corners are faulty or too sharp, and the specifications are correct. 4. Whether the meshing gap of the net clamp is correct: whether the clamp distribution is close, and whether the tension of the pneumatic clamp is uniform. 5. When the net is stretched, the tension should be increased slowly. Usually, a good plate is stretched. It takes a period of time to stretch. The method is to first stretch the mesh to about 75% of the required tension to eliminate the mesh. Curl and make the mesh flat. The second time, the net will be stretched to about 90% to tighten the net knot.
The upper limit of the tension required for the third stretch to the mesh to stabilize the tension of the mesh. 6. A good mesh should be placed for more than ten minutes to stabilize the physical properties of the mesh and then engage in frame-fitting operations. 7. Fixing the plate frame and the mesh cloth: use Nanbao resin, Sumin hard or instant adhesive, after appropriate adjustment, evenly brush or bottle on the aluminum frame mesh cloth with brush or bottle filling, instant adhesive setting If there is a pointed mouth, it can be directly inverted, and then the squeegee of the frame is evenly smeared with a rubber squeegee smaller than the aluminum frame, and pressed appropriately when it is half dry. 8. The completely framed stencil should be removed from the net machine and placed for about one day to make the mesh and frame shrink and stabilize.
Operational review:
1. The chuck of the net machine has two types: movable type (multi-head type) and fixed type (long type). The multi-head type chuck type is ideal because it can uniformly stretch the net cloth in all directions. Fixed chucks usually cause too much tension in the four corners, causing the mesh to distort or even rupture. 2. The fixture itself has a square and oblique shape, and the clamps are straight or oblique on both sides. The clamps are in the form of squares. The two clamps are more likely to have gaps, while the oblique clamps can be placed at the intersection. 3. When the netting machine is in the gauze, the gauze should not be creased, and the warp and weft should be parallel to the frame, except for the angle. 4. When the mesh is properly attached, in order to avoid the mesh and the frame being in close contact, the weight can be increased on the mesh to increase the degree of adhesion. 5. After the mesh is opened, the tension will be slightly reduced by 2 to 3 Newtons (about 10 to 20%).
