⑤ The roughness of the the substrate surface. When the surface of the substrate is rough, we generally use a lower mesh screen. Such as leather, canvas, foamed sheet, wood printing, etc.Because the surface of the substrate is rough, strong ink absorbance, to ensure enough ink through the lower number of mesh screen.
